Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. Cancellations are non-refundable. Promotional codes or discounts cannot be retroactively applied and must be used individually during checkout. There are no partial-refunds or future event credits available. If a conference or event hosted by Social Fresh is delayed or cannot be held, the event will be rescheduled and your tickets will be carried over to the next event. If a conference or event is delayed due to COVID restrictions or other act of God, the event will be rescheduled and your tickets will be carried over to the next event.
Ticket & Membership Transfers
You may transfer your registration to another person up until 14 days prior to the event start date by contacting us in writing at conference AT socialfresh.com. Upon transfer, the conference ticket and access to the Social Fresh Pro Membership content and will be transferred to the new registrant.
Non Attendees
Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee. If you have COVID symptoms, or test positive for COVID, please notify us at conference AT socialfresh.com. Your ticket may be eligible for transfer/access to the next event.
Guidelines, Protocol & Assumption of Risk
All conference or event attendees must adhere to all of Social Fresh’s and the event venue’s guidelines and requests, including COVID guidelines and requests. You will be notified of the guidelines ahead of the event via email. Failure to adhere will result in refusal of admission to the conference venue. Social Fresh is committed to using the latest guidelines to provide as safe an environment for attendees as possible. However you should use your best judgment when attending the conference. It is your responsibility to discern the risk of attending. In the event that you have COVID symptoms, or test positive for COVID within 14 days of the event, please notify us immediately at conference AT socialfresh.com. Your ticket will be carried over to the next event.
Intellectual Property Ownership
Social Fresh event content, including live components are intellectual property owned by Social Fresh. Any violations of this term, and all terms contained herein, will be legally pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Sharing
You cannot distribute, copy, forward, and/or share Social Fresh event content with anyone else. Any violations of these Terms of Use will be legally pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may not share your password or login information with anyone. If you share your password or login with anyone who did not purchase the Social Fresh Pro Membership your access to the membership content will be revoked immediately and no refund will be issued.
Assumption of the Risk
You should use your best judgment in using the information provided in Social Fresh, or shared at Social Fresh events. Usage of the information is done at your own risk. It is your responsibility to discern the risk of using the content made available to you as part of the membership and conference. You assume responsibility for your actions, choices, or lack thereof, related to the membership and conference.
Marketing and Registration Waiver
When signing up for Social Fresh events, conferences, or memberships, you agree to let us utilize your registration information and any photos or videos of you from the event for any Social Fresh Conference management and marketing purposes.
You will receive communications from Social Fresh and appropriate sponsors or partners on our behalf. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Providing Your Email to Social Fresh
When you give your contact information, including email addresses, to Social Fresh — so that we can send you articles, training materials, or future information about Social Fresh events and products — you will receive communications from Social Fresh and appropriate sponsors or partners on our behalf. You may unsubscribe at any time.
