Advertising Platform Data
Social Fresh operates advertising services on behalf of itself and its clients. To do this we access advertising platform APIs, including the Meta Marketing API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
What we access. When a client grants us access to their advertising assets, we may access campaign, ad set, ad, and creative configuration; advertising performance data such as impressions, clicks, spend, and conversions; audience definitions and audience size estimates; and the business, page, and pixel identifiers needed to operate those campaigns.
Customer lists. Where a client asks us to build a customer list audience, the email addresses or phone numbers involved are hashed before they are transmitted to Meta, and are used solely to match existing customers within Meta’s advertising platform. We do not use client customer lists for any purpose other than the campaigns that client has authorized, we do not combine them across clients, and we do not sell or license them.
How access is granted and revoked. Access is granted by the client through Meta Business Manager and can be revoked by the client at any time, which immediately ends our access.
Retention. Advertising data is retained only as long as needed to operate and report on active campaigns. Credentials are stored in access controlled systems and are never shared outside Social Fresh.
