If you would prefer thousands of people to talk about your company badly without replying, allowing false assumptions or one customer’s bad experience to become a national news story that spirals into a 3 day revenue loss for your brand. If you prefer not being involved in that conversation at the very beginning and would rather just spend millions to make up for it after the fact
Then you should NOT invest in social media.
