		<description>The Facebook tools are especially interesting. Managing just a Facebook page for larger brands can get incredibly complicated. And there is still not even an alert setup for page owners to know when something new has been posted to their page. It is literally a hunt and find situation. So these tools are incredibly useful. Think of a company like AT&amp;T who does customer service through Facebook. Tracking conversations is key.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I think Cotweet and Hootsuite are also big players for big business. Allowing the flow and escalation of Twitter conversation to be more organized is greatly needed when you have a dozen people working through one Twitter account (see @comcastcares and @bofa_help). &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Should be interesting to see how robust these tools get. I am also curious to see the merging of the monitoring and management tools. Who will integrate the other more quickly? And better?</description>
