We’re excited to announce Social Fresh Cruise 2010 location, ship, itinerary, and session plans.
The Social Fresh Cruise 2010 will depart from New Orleans, LA on December 2, 2010. We will be on the Carnival Triumph headed to Cozumel, MX. The key to the success of the 2009 Social Fresh Cruise was our awesome list of attendees. We look forward to welcoming most of them back in 2010. Social Fresh Cruise is one of the most unique social media events of the year. Leaders in social media preach the importance of taking online connections offline as one of the keys to building the strongest networks. The one hour interactions at conferences are nice, but sharing a once in a lifetime experience traveling together is unmatched in creating life-long friendships. Make 2010 the year that you deepen your online relationships! The key to Social Fresh Cruise is our attendees. In 2009, Social Fresh Cruise proved to be an opportunity for Social Media Insiders to getaway, relax, and unplug with others who were equally as a passionate about the future of social media. Although the popularity and awareness of Social Fresh Cruise has grown tremendously since last year, we will keep the number of attendees manageable to keep the intimacy of the of the event.
Social Fresh Cruise Sessions:
Many of the 2009 Social Fresh Cruise attendees felt like they could learn more by working together to a solve problem(s). Plus, most of the attendees are presenters at Social Media Conferences throughout the year and they felt like we could offer a more unique experience from the Social Fresh Cruise Sessions. We loved the feedback, so the 2010 sessions will include planning a Social Media Campaign/Strategy for a charity, facilitated roundtable discussions, and a Keynote from Chris Brogan.
Bon Voyage Tweetup.
In 2009, one of the highlights was meeting the Miami Social Media Community at the Bon Voyage Party. This year there will be a Bon Voyage Tweetup in New Orleans on 12.1.10, so that we can meet the New Orleans Social Media Community in person.

The Social Fresh Cruise is only about 2 days away. The Social Fresh Cruise was initially announced on 02.11.09 in the @CruiseSource Shorty Awards acceptance speech in New York City. CNN Tweeted about @CruiseSource using the 140 Character speech to Promote a Social Media Cruise. 9 months later, it’s finally time for the 1st Social Fresh Cruisers to join us on the Carnival Destiny for a 4-night cruise filled with Fun, Sun, and Social Media. We will depart Miami on 11.12.09. Follow the Hashtag #SoCruise to follow some of your favorite Social Media friends on the Social Fresh Cruise.

On 11.11.09, many of the Social Fresh Cruisers are invading Miami from Boston, NYC, Austin, Chicago, Charlotte, & other cool places across the US. The Social Fresh Cruise departs on 11.12.09 on the 4-night Carnival Destiny Cruise to Cozumel, Mexico.
