		<description>For me, creating an editorial schedule and plan of action is one of the toughest yet most important steps. Schedules are usually more aggressive than most people can keep up with. Because of this a lot of company blogs die a slow death or simply become boring, occasionally updated PR outlets.  Community rarely follows. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The key is definitely to start with a simple schedule, keep to it, learn, and expand/evolve the content as you learn. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Great thoughts David. Thanks.</description>
